Bichi First FC kicked off their Nigerian National League (NNL) 2025/2026 campaign in style with a convincing 3-0 victory over Yobe Stars at the Bichi Town Stadium.

Adama Samuel opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, converting a penalty after Damilola Pedro was fouled inside the 18-yard box by a Yobe Stars defender.

In the second half, Bichi First doubled their lead in the 52nd minute through Mustapha Muhammad, who later assisted in building up the third goal, scored by Damilola Pedro in the 64th minute.

Mustapha Muhammad was named SWAN Kano Chapter Man of the Match for his outstanding performance in midfield and attack.

Club Vice President, Alhaji Hassan Atana, representing President Hon. Engr. Abubakar Kabir (Abba Bichi), expressed the president’s joy over the team’s performance, praising the players and technical crew.
