KAZOBA NATIONAL BODY PAYS CONGRATULATORY VISIT TO ITS GRAND PATRON ON HIS REAPPOINTMENT AS COMMISSIONER

National Executive Members of GSS Kazaure Old Boys Association today paid a congratulatory visit to its grand patron, Hon Mal Mohammad Tajo Othman, on his recent reappointment as member of Kano State Executive Council and reassigned as Commissioner Ministry for Local Government.

It could be recalled that, Kano State Governor Alh. Abba Kabir Yusuf recently in his first cabinet reshuffle announced Hon. Mohammad Tajo Usman retained and moved from his former Ministry of Science and Technology to the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

The delegation led by its National President Sadiq Garba Na-maaji Alfindiki in his speech on the occasion, said, the delegation comprising some executives and other members were at the Ministry to congratulate him on his well deserved promotion to one of the key, broad and influential Ministries in the State.

The President further seized the opportunity and informed the Commissioner about the scheduled AGM and preparation for the impending general elections of the new executive members for the Association scheduled in February 2025 as well as briefed on the lean financial position of the association.IMG 20241225 WA0068

Receiving the delegation at the premises of the main conference hall of the ministry, Mal Muhammad Tajo Othman thanked the delegation for the visit, reiterating that he was overwhelmed and will continue to remember the kind of facial expression and affection of the members.

Mal Muhammad Tajo Othman stressed the significance of unity within the members of the association and encouraged everyone to work diligently towards the success of the Association.

He also promised to look into all the issues raised pertaining to the militating problems bedeviling the progress and development of the association.

In a vote of thanks, an elderly and pioneer member of the GSS Kazaure Old Boys association, Mal Salisu lsa Yola ‘Class 74’ praised Mal Tajo Othman for his humbleness, simplicity and commitment to the general welfare of people and progress of the Association.

 

He prayed to Allah SWT to continue to guide, protect and assist the new Commissioner on his new assigned responsibility reposed in him by the Governor and people of the State.

The highlight of the visit was the presentation of a congratulatory letter and a digital banner containing the portrait of the commissioner.
