The Kano State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has extended warm Sallah greetings to the Muslim Ummah in the state, wishing them a happy Eid El Fitr celebration.
In a statement jointly signed by the Council’s chairman comrade Sulaiman Abdullahi Dederi and it’s Secretary, Comrade Abubakar Shehu Kwaru urged its members to exercise their duty diligently in accordance with journalism ethics.
The Council expressed its goodwill message to all Muslims in the state, praying for a harmonious and joyous celebration.
It therefore, advised members to extend lessons learnt from the holy month of Ramadan to their daily interactions.
