Rahama women and children care foundation has organized a free medical out reach exercise in Tudun muntsira community in ungogo local government area .

The Executive Director of the foundation Hajia Zainab Abubakar said that the essence of the health awareness session on minor ailments was to support vulnerable people in the community is to safe guard their health.
She emphasized on the nature of the hot weather season, as people need to be enlightened on measures to take to avoid been affected with stiffness of the neck, malaria, persistent headaches, cough and cold.
She said that about one hundred thousand naira worth of drugs was set aside ranging from Cold syrup, malaria tablets, blood pressure (BP) testing, weight measurement as the drugs cut across children, women and elderly in the community along with free medical consultations, treatment and counselling carried out on health status.
She however pledge to continue to render the humanitarian support by intervening within vulnerable communities towards assisting the less privilege in the society.
The E.D Rahama women and children care foundation call on other civil society organisations as well as individuals to emulate the selfless gestures in safe guarding the well being of vulnerable people in the communities in Kano state at all times.
A medical personnel at the event demonstrated some early signs of meningitis then advice the people in the community to adhere strictly in sleeping in a well ventilated surroundings.
Some community people interviewed during the free medical outreach exercise express their delight for the gesture and applauded the effort of the organisation, and hope the organisation to sustain the tempo in supporting vulnerable people with the medical services for the betterment of their health.
