The Taskforce Committee in Ungogo Local Government has been praised as vital part of the polio immunization exercise in the area.

The Chairman of the local government and committee, Alhaji Tijjani Amiru Bilyamu, made this statement during a meeting with members held in his office.
The chairman said local administration has pledged to provide all necessary logistics for the success of the program.
He called on Stakeholders, health personnels, and security agencies urged to cooperate and participate fully in the forth coming exercise.
The representative of the District head of Ungogo, Magajin Malam Alhaji Shehu Abdulkadir, promised to continue to support the coming polio immunization exercise.
The primary health care coordinator, Malan Isa Aminu Kofar Nassarawa, and Health educator, Hajiya Jummai Ahmed, as well as the manager program, Abdu Uzairu, commended the State and local government and donor partners for their efforts to improve healthcare delivery in the area.
The meeting was attended by all partners from international donors representative of Ministry of health and security agencies, and discussions were held on the importance of cooperation and participation in the exercise.
