Symbolic signing of a contract letter for Malama Nafisa Shehu Ibrahim Shika as the new Executive Administrator of Community Health and Research Initiative (CHR), today, Saturday, 21st December 2024.
Shika is a financial expert and had worked in a bank for over 12 years.
The event which took place at AHBN Building in Kano was witnessed by Hon. Usman Muhammad and Dr. Musa Muhammad Bello, the Chair of CHR Board of Trustees.
The appointment was made as a step to revive the organization which was long known for its intervention in community health and research across Nigeria.
CHR was founded by Dr. Aminu Magashi Garba in 2000 and registered in 2001.
