CAS Kano class 2001 To Establish National Body

The Alumni Association of old Kano State College of Arts, Science and Remedial Studies now CAS Kano Class of 2001 held its Annual General Meeting in the College. 

Speaking to the press shortly after the meeting, the chairman of the chapter Comrade Hamisu Musa Isa, said that the meeting focused on how to develop the union, plans to celebrate silver jubilee anniversary in 2026 and provide support to the school.

In his speech, the chairman of the fundraising committee, Malam Hashim Hussaini Adam, preach on the bounties of Allah and the holy Prophet to embrace attitude of brotherhood and assisting each other.

He also expressed his satisfaction with the successes recorded and has dentified challenges as well as finding a solution to it.

Some of the old students who were present are Mohd Salisu Hamisu Fagge, Assad Isma’il Zakariyya, Abdulrahman Salisu Bala Darimin Iya (Sisco) and Habibu Sarki express their profound happiness reconnecting with class mates who for about two decades did not meet till now.

During the meeting, discussion on how to form the leadership of the national body of the college was emphasized in order make stringent contributions towards the development  of the school.

The participants of the meeting appreciated the  upgrade of the College to Kano State College of Education and preliminary studies describing it as a mile stone achievements to the school.
