MHWUN CELEBRATES 65TH BIRTHDAY OF KANO DEPUTY GOV.

The Chairman, Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria , Kano State Council, Comrade Babangida Musa Gwarzo, humbly extend his deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all distinguished guests and stakeholders who graced the 65th Birthday Anniversary Celebration of mentor, the Deputy Governor of Kano State and Commissioner for Higher Education, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo held at Gwarzo Township.

He said this memorable occasion was not merely a birthday event, but a celebration of dedicated leadership, selfless service and integrity.

The overwhelming attendance by political leaders, religious scholars, traditional authorities, civil servants, and the general public clearly reflected the collective love and respect that the people of Kano State have for Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, a man of discipline, vision, and humility.

The Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN), join the people of Gwarzo and the entire Kano State in celebrating this distinguished leader whose contributions to education, workers’ welfare, and good governance continue to inspire public confidence and hope.

The union express its sincere gratitude to all elected political office holders, commissioners, special advisers, and government appointees who honored the invitation.

As there presence symbolized unity, teamwork, and the shared commitment to advancing the development of our dear state.

The Union also extends warm appreciation to the Islamic religious scholars (Ulamahs) who filled the event with divine blessings, prayers, and words of guidance.

Their presence gave spiritual value and meaning to the celebration, reminding everyone of the importance of gratitude, humility, and prayer in leadership.

His heartfelt thanks equally go to the traditional rulers and community leaders who stood firm as custodians of our cultural heritage and moral values.

Their participation added royal dignity and community spirit to the entire gathering.

The press release applaud the contribution of the business community and entrepreneurs, whose generous support both financially and morally greatly enriched the success of the celebration.

Their partnership with public institutions continues to demonstrate the strength of collaboration between government and private sectors in promoting community growth.

Similarly, the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) during the program deserves commendation.

Their engagement, humanitarian commitment, and participation exemplify how civil society plays a vital role in supporting leadership initiatives that promote education, healthcare, and social development.

Special recognition goes to all security organizations including the Nigerian Army , Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and local vigilante groups for their professionalism and dedication throughout the event. Their tireless efforts ensured order, safety, and peace, enabling all attendees to celebrate in a secure and dignified environment.

He also commend the media professionals, journalists, and press correspondents who covered the event extensively and responsibly. Their balanced reporting and broad publicity contributed immensely to the visibility and success of the occasion, capturing the essence of unity and progress that characterized the day.

As workers in the medical and health sector, we in MHWUN deeply appreciate the leadership style of Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, whose passion for human welfare aligns with our Union’s principles of service to humanity, equity, and compassion.

His support for healthcare development and worker welfare continues to strengthen our collective vision for a healthier and more prosperous Kano State.

This celebration stands as a reminder that true leadership is measured not by position, but by service and sacrifice.

Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo remains a symbol of excellence a man whose humility and consistency have built bridges of unity across political, religious, and social boundaries.

On behalf of all members of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Kano State Council, I once again extend our profound appreciation to everyone from the organizers to the guests, from the security personnel to the ordinary citizens whose collective effort made this grand event a resounding success.

May Almighty Allah continue to bless our dear celebrant with good health, long life, and greater strength to continue his patriotic service to the people of Kano State and Nigeria at large.

May He also reward all participants and dignitaries with divine blessings, peace, and prosperity.
