The Chairman of Kura Local Government Area, Alhaji Rabiu Babina Karfi, has reiterated his commitment to advancing the development of the area and its surroundings.

Alhaji Rabiu disclose this while elaborating on his future development plans that will be implemented soon
The Chairman further emphasized that the time has come for the community to unite and ensure that no one is left behind in achieving their goals. He called on the people to continue supporting him in his efforts to create more opportunities, especially in the fields of education, healthcare, and youth empowerment.
Alhaji Rabiu also expressed gratitude to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his efforts in elevating the status of the local government to a higher level.
In separate statements from community leaders who visited him to express their concerns, they showed their satisfaction with the Chairman’s leadership and urged him to continue working towards restoring the local government’s prestige, particularly in the agricultural sector.
Alhaji Shehu Muhammad, one of the community leaders, remarked that Kura has been blessed with agricultural potential, especially in rice farming. However, he noted that the area has been experiencing setbacks in recent times.
He emphasized the need for the community to continue supporting the local government leaders to achieve further progress, particularly in the crucial agricultural sector.
