The Kano State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Ambassador Ibrahim Waiya, following his recent appointment as the Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
