The District Head of Wudil, Alhaji Sarki Abdullahi Ibrahim, led a powerful delegation to pay homage to His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, at his palace in observance of the glorious month of ramadan.
The delegation included the Chairman of Wudil Local Government, Alhaji Abba Muhammad Tukur, along with his council members and all traditional titleholders of Wudil District.
Speaking after the visit, Alhaji Abba Muhammad Tukur stated that the purpose of the homage was to reaffirm the local government’s allegiance to the Kano Emirate under the leadership of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II.
He also assured that the local government remains committed to improving the lives of the people of Wudil.
On his part, the Director of Personnel Management, Alhaji Muktar Salisu Kofar Na Isa, urged the people of Kano State to continue supporting the administration of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, commending his efforts in delivering meaningful projects across the state.
The people of Wudil Local Government have also expressed their continued support for the present administration, acknowledging the impactful projects being executed in their area.
