Ungoggo Local Government area has reiterated its commitment to executing meaningful projects and providing essential social amenities to the people in the area.

The commitment was made clear by the Newly elected Chairman, Alhaji Tijjani Amiru Bilyamu, during a public hearing on the 2025 budget expectations held at the District Head of Ungogo’s place.
Alhaji Tijjani Amiru Bilyamu, said that the public hearing was aimed to allow village and ward heads as well as the people, to receive reports on the needs of the area.
The chairman added that the local administration would provide executive projects in the areas on health, education, portable water, and social amenities.
The Director Personal Management, Alhaji Munzali Alhassan, commended the laudable efforts of the people and politicians in cooperating and bringing out a report that will move the area forward.
Representative of the Ministry of Local Government, Malan Yushau Balarabe Yakasai noted that the state government, under the leadership of Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, has implemented meaningful projects in the 44 local governments to achieve the set objectives.
In his remarks, the District Head of Ungogo, Magajin Malam Alhaji Abdulkadir Ahmed Chedi, thanked the local administration for the budget expectations, whereby concerns of the people were being captured.
The Head of Planning Research Department in the area, Isyaku Yusuf Hamza and the Treasurer, Muktar Mustapha Magashi , thanked the local administration for their laudable efforts to support the set objectives.
