SENATOR REPRESENTING KANO CENTRAL FLAGS OFF ROAD PROJECT IN DALA LGA

Senator representing Kano Central Senatorial District, Alhaji Rufai Sani Hanga, has laid the foundation of a 300-meter road project at Rijiyar Lemo, Yammata Layin Gasa, Gobirawa ward in Dala locality.

Speaking at the event,Senator Rufai Sani Hanga expressed joy over the opportunity to deliver this project which he said will remain evergreen in his good book.

He called on the residents to accord full cooperation to the workers handling the construction.aimed at attaining set goals.

The Senator noted that it was the community members themselves who identified the project location and prayed for Allah’s guidance and support for the people and the leadership of the Local Government Council.

In his address, the Executive Chairman of the Council, Alhaji Surajo Ibrahim Imam, commended the foresight behind selecting Dala Local Government Area for the project.

He highlighted that Senator Rufai has consistently delivered projects across various wards with a view to moving the communities forward.

The Chairman emphasized that since 1999, the area did not witness any Senatorial sponsored project rather than senator Hanga urging him to keep the flag flying.

Alhaji Surajo listed some of the Senator’s interventions encompassing

Construction of a one-block school at Tsamiyar Zubau

Provision of 10 street lights at Layin Naira da Kwabo

Provision of 10 street lights at Yan Ganda

Empowerment programs, including recruitment into Civil Defence and the Correctional Service.

He urged the contractor to ensure high-quality work, in which the community would have no cause for complaints.

He seized the medium to thank Senator Rufai most sincerely on behalf of the people of Dala Local Government and appealed for more developmental projects

Also speaking, the Chairman of the NNPP in Dala, Alhaji Dayyabu Ahmad MaTurare, described Senator Rufai as a source of pride and inspiration to the wider community.

He noted that the Senator’s contributions in education, road construction, and youth empowerment through various trades comprising fish farming, poultry, barbering, and other skills were uncountable hoping the tempo will be sustained.

The event was attended by councillors (elected and appointed), political advisers, women leaders of the party, and several high ranking dignitaries.
