Kano State Ministry of Tourism and Culture has embarked on a thorough inspection of its facilities and workforce as part of a broader reform initiative.

This effort aims to evaluate current operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Speaking during the exercise Honourable Commissioner, Hajiya Aisha Lawal Saji Rano, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Hajiya Kubra Imam, led the inspection.
Commissioner Saji underscored the critical role of punctuality, transparency, and accountability in achieving the ministry’s objectives.
She encouraged staff to leverage on their expertise in crafting innovative proposals that align with the vision of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and the leadership principles of Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
The Commissioner also reaffirmed her commitment to fostering an open-door policy, teamwork, and a results-driven approach.
Additionally, she reviewed an incomplete building project abandoned by the previous administration, assuring that its completion remains a top priority God’s willing.
This reform initiative reflects the ministry’s dedication to improving operations and advancing Kano’s tourism and cultural heritage.
