The Chairman of Rogo Local Government Council, Alhaji Abubakar Mustapha Rogo, has inaugurated a Primary Healthcare Advisory Committee to strengthen health services across the area.
According to the Council’s Information Officer, Abdu Bako Abdullahi, the inauguration took place at the Chairman’s office.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman directed the Primary Healthcare Coordinator to intensify efforts on the ongoing renovation of Kaleku Hospital and the construction of Kadana Hospital.
Alhaji Abubakar Mustapha Rogo assured that the council will provide adequate medical equipment to ensure the success of these projects.
He further appealed to health workers to redouble their commitment in complementing the projects so that the set objectives can be achieved.
In his remarks, the Director Personnel Management, Engineer Auwalu Ado Ungogo, commended the Chairman’s efforts in improving healthcare delivery.
He assured of continued support and cooperation from the workforce to enable the government to deliver developmental projects across the area.
Also speaking, the Primary Healthcare Coordinator, Malam Ahmed Usman Getso, reaffirmed their unwavering support for the administration’s policies and programmes aimed at achieving the desired goals.
In his closing remarks, the District Head of Rogo, Alhaji Garba Muhammad Bello Dan Isan Karaye, represented by his secretary, assured their full support and cooperation in advising the committee to achieve its mandate in the area.
