In a remarkable and unprecedented development, the Honorable Commissioner of the Kano State Ministry of Women Affairs has set a new standard of leadership by personally leading directors from her ministry to the Office of the Head of Service for a Bilateral Discussion For 2026 Personnel Cost Budget.
Traditionally, such sessions are attended only by directors from the various ministries.
However, for the very first time in history, a Commissioner chose to join her team, lending weight and significance to the deliberations.
The Head of Service, visibly moved by this rare gesture, expressed his profound admiration.
He commended the Commissioner for her hands-on approach, describing her presence as both historic and inspiring.
